Returns & Delivery


Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your Me&B purchase- we offer a full refund or store credit if you have any hesitation on your items. Customer satisfaction is so important to us that we offer a free return service. To qualify for the free return service, an email must be sent within 3 days of receiving your order stating all necessary info (reason for return & expected outcome ie. refund/ resend new size/ swop for new item/ store credit)

If you miss the window period for the free return service, the amounts R50 for Cape Town and R100 for the rest of SA will be applied to the collection of your return. It is also an option for the customer to find their own means of getting the unwanted items back to Me&B HQ.

Once the items are at Me&B HQ (21 Durham Avenue, Salt River, 7925, Cape Town, South Africa) and checked if they are unworn and with any original packaging (swing ticket) we will process your refund/ store credit/ item swop. 


We use Citi Sprint as our courier of choice- please use the tracking number (you will receive this on your confirmation email that your item is out for delivery) on the Citi Sprint Website.

if your Items are in stock, and this sometimes is not the case, we try our best to deliver as soon as we receive the order. This could be specified otherwise depending on which items you purchase.

Courier in Cape Town has next day delivery and 48hour delivery to any of the main Cities in SA. Outlying areas should look at about 72hours after your parcel leaves HQ. Once you receive your confirmation email- your item is on it’s way!
