How to Return or Exchange an Item:
You have the following options:

  1. Visit Your Nearest Store – Exchanges can be done in-store.
  2. PostNet-to-PostNet – Send your parcel to PostNet Woodstock.
  3. Courier to Us Directly:

  • Once your item(s) have been received, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you to process your return or exchange.
  • Please ensure the package includes your name and/or order number to avoid delays in processing.

 

Important Information:

  • Exchanges can be done in-store or online. For online exchanges, email online@meandb.co.za with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  • Refunds are only available for items purchased at full price.
  • No refunds on sale items. If you're unable to find something to exchange a sale item for, we’ll issue you a voucher for use in-store or online.


  • No refunds or returns on earrings, socks, tights, hosiery, hair clips or swimwear
