How to Return or Exchange an Item:
You have the following options:
- Visit Your Nearest Store – Exchanges can be done in-store.
- PostNet-to-PostNet – Send your parcel to PostNet Woodstock.

- Once your item(s) have been received, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you to process your return or exchange.
- Please ensure the package includes your name and/or order number to avoid delays in processing.
Important Information:
- Exchanges can be done in-store or online. For online exchanges, email online@meandb.co.za with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Refunds are only available for items purchased at full price.
