Job Title: Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator
Location: 145 Sir Lowry Road, The Palms, Woodstock, Cape Town.
Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Head of Brand and Marketing
About the Role
Me&B is looking for a passionate, proactive, and highly organised Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will work closely with our Head of Brand to bring the Me&B story to life online, build a deeper connection with our community, and drive sales through meaningful content and paid media.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Scheduling
Own the day-to-day scheduling, posting, and management of Me&B’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure the right mix of product, lifestyle, UGC, and brand storytelling
Organise, label and file content to make it easily accessible
Draft captions and support on community management
2. Content Structuring & Planning
Work from the marketing calendar to brief and structure content requirements across all channels
Maintain a clear content tracker to ensure upcoming launches, campaigns, and key dates are covered
Collaborate with our in-house teams to ensure eComm, store, and email content is aligned
3. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Assist in managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
Identify and target the right customer segments for our online store
Work with data/insights to improve conversion and ad performance
Brief creative assets for ads and ensure they are refreshed regularly
4. Campaign & Event Support
Ideate and help execute creative marketing campaigns aimed at growing brand awareness and driving sales
Coordinate in-store events and activations that connect with our community and bring our brand to life offline
Source and manage collaborations or partnerships that fit the Me&B aesthetic and voice
5. Team Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Be a real team player—flexible, collaborative, and solutions-focused
Align with product, eComm, and retail teams to make sure campaigns roll out across all touchpoints
Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in a marketing, content, or digital media role (fashion industry is a bonus)
Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid media strategy, and analytics
Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Trello/Notion/Asana
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning abilities
Creative thinker with a good eye for visuals and trends
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo or similar)
Experience in basic content creation (Reels/TikTok, simple graphics)
Knowledge of the South African fashion and lifestyle space
