We do not offer any returns or exchanges on this product due to hygiene reasons.

Local and International Shipping

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During site wide sales our shipping time is 5 - 7 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please take special note if your order has a pre-order item in it, we can only shop the order once we recieve the pre-order from our production team.

Local shipping

Our local shipping price is typically R100, however for outlying areas we charge R150. Collection from one of our stores is free.

International shipping:

We offer international shipping, see below for the price breakdown.

America: R250

Countries other than America: R699

When opting for international shipping, simply add your address into the shipping form and select the correct country. Please do not select PUDO locker as this is a local option.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our following stores, please take note of the pickup hours:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

For all collection orders, please note that you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number “READYFORCOLLECTION”

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@meandb.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

FIT DEFINITIONS

Regular fit:

A fit that is not too loose or too baggy.

It contours the natural shape of the body for mobility.

Loose fit:

A more generous cut.

It drapes loosely on the body for maximum comfort.

Oversized fit:

A large fit of considerable size and volume.

 

 

HOW TO MEASURE 

Bust:

measure at underarm around the chest, at fullest part of the chest.

 

Waist:

measure around the smallest part of your waist.

 

Hip:

standing straight with your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.

 

Thigh:

While standing, measure your thigh by wrapping the tape around one leg at the midpoint of the thigh, from front to back going in between your legs.

 

Bicep:

With your arm hanging at your side and relaxed, wrap the tape measure around the largest part of your arm, near your armpit.
