Position: Full-Time Store Manager
Me&B is looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at The Palms.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create an exceptional in-store experience.
- Execute visual merchandising in line with the Me&B brand standards.
- Manage stock control, stocktakes, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure excellent store presentation and housekeeping.
- Recruit, coach, train, and develop your team.
- Manage staff rosters, performance, and daily operations.
- Maintain accurate store administration and reporting.
- Build a positive, energetic, and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' retail experience (fashion retail preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and retail trading hours.
- Computer literacy and experience with retail POS systems are advantageous.
