In an attempt to close the circle on the fashion cycle, we've crafted this program that lets you give your cherished Me&B items a new lease on life!
 
HOW IT WORKS:
You add this product to your cart, picking the appropriate description - small, medium or big (see below for detailed explanation on each). Leave a note in the description of your order highlighting what your concerns are about the garment so we know exactly what we're looking for.
 
Go to Checkout! Please ensure that your address is correct, this is NB because our couriers will be there to collect your item and bring it back to Me&B head office.
 
From here, we hand it over to the magicians who make all the Me&B goodness come to life. Our mission is to have you fall in love with your favourite pieces all over again.
 
It's really as easy as that.
 
Please note all garment are accessed individually and if we are unable to mend garment, it will be sent back.
 
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
 
Small:
These are the small things that tend to happen when you wear your garment a lot like a lost button or a loose hem.
 
Medium:
These are the slightly bigger things that require a bit more expertise like replacing a zip, patching up a hole or downsizing a garment
 
Big:
These are the ones that really bring your totally unwearable garment to life! This is where we replace an entire panel of a garment, upsize (eg. a panel at side seam) or lengthening (e.g adding fabric to the hem)

Returns Policy

RETURNS

We want you to love your Me&B piece, but if you decide you don't -  we offer full cash refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your items back.

OUR POLICY

We accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The item should be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
All items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if our returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.  
- It is our customers' responsibility to return the item to us by reliable and recorded delivery. In the case that the return is lost in the post, we cannot process the refund. 
-  If you have requested any alterations and measurement changes to the items you have ordered, you will not qualify for a return.
- In the unlikely event that the item you receive is defected, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to yourself. To process the return and replacement of a damaged item, please follow the instructions below, but we will arrange to collect from you with our couriers. Once we have inspected the damaged item, we will refund you or arrange a replacement to be sent to you. In the case that we are unable to replace the item because it is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
- No refunds or returns on earrings, socks, tights, hosiery, hair clips or swimwear

- Regrettably we cannot offer returns on international orders as South African Customs charges us duty to bring the item back into the country, and it becomes unjustifiably costly.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

    1. Email us at online@meandb.co.za to tell us you will be returning your purchase and give a brief description detailing why (sizing, fit, etc, we LOVE feedback)

      2. Package with all original tags and bags included, your name and send to:

        Our customers usually opt for the Postnet to Postnet option (R109 overnight, our nearest to send to is Woodstock, Cape Town), but Aramex, Courier Guy, Collivery, Citisprint are all trusted and recommended.
        If the original tags and bags are not included with the return we will deduct a small fee from your refund amount. 
          3. On receipt of your return in good order, we will get in touch to discuss your available options. In the case of a full refund, we’ll request your bank details as Payfast keeps these confidential. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for the refund to process (this is the amount of time they stipulate, but it is usually faster)
              EXCHANGES
              If you have ordered an item in the wrong size/colour/print, we will gladly exchange it for you depending on stock availability. Please follow the same procedure above, indicating that you would like an exchange or store credit and not a cash refund. 
              Once we receive your returned item in original packaging and condition, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit.
              PROMOTION AND DISCOUNT CODES
              No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given on purchases made with a discount code or offer (including all Black Friday sale items).
              SALE ITEMS
              No refunds or store credit will be given on sale items, however we will allow for exchanges if sizing is the issue, and this will depend on stock availability.

              Local and International Shipping

              SHIPPING

              All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During site wide sales our shipping time is 5 - 7 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please take special note if your order has a pre-order item in it, we can only shop the order once we recieve the pre-order from our production team.

              Local shipping

              Our local shipping price is typically R100, however for outlying areas we charge R150. Collection from one of our stores is free.

              International shipping:

              We offer international shipping, see below for the price breakdown.

              America: R250

              Countries other than America: R699

              When opting for international shipping, simply add your address into the shipping form and select the correct country. Please do not select PUDO locker as this is a local option.

              You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our following stores, please take note of the pickup hours:

              After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

              For all collection orders, please note that you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number “READYFORCOLLECTION”

              How do I check the status of my order?

              When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

              If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@meandb.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
